Our Unique Circular Farming Process
A Closed-Loop, Sustainable Farming Ecosystem
At Aqina, sustainability means more than just farming responsibly—it means creating a self-sustaining ecosystem. Through our circular farming model, we integrate pineapple cultivation with poultry farming to reduce waste, lower dependency on chemical inputs, and improve overall farm efficiency.

How it works
Pineapple Enzyme Supplement
Pineapples are processed into natural enzymes that are fed to our chickens as a healthy supplement,
Natural Fertiliser
Chicken manure is repurposed as organic fertiliser to enrich the soil of our pineapple plantation, reducing reliance on chemical fertilisers.
A Sustainable Cycle
This synergy between our poultry and pineapple farms ensures long-term soil health, enhances animal welfare, and promotes environmental sustainability

B40 Farmers Program
Empowering Communities through Agriculture

At Aqina, we believe that sustainable agriculture should not only benefit the environment but also uplift the people who make it possible. Our B40 Farmers Program was designed to support small-scale farmers from the B40 income group—those in the bottom 40% of household income earners in Malaysia—by providing them with the skills, resources, and market access needed to establish successful farming businesses.By integrating these farmers into our circular farming model, we help them adopt sustainable practices that not only improve their livelihoods but also contribute to a healthier, more resilient food system for the future.

Aqina Farm adopted United Nation Sustainable Development Goal 2: Zero Hunger and Goal 8: Decent work and Economic Growth which are important and relevant to our program.
Recognition for our impact:
JCI Sustainable Development Award

We are honoured to receive the JCI Sustainable Development Award for our efforts in promoting Zero Hunger through the B40 Farmers Program. This recognition reaffirms our dedication to sustainable food production and empowering small-scale farmers to build a better future for themselves and their communities.
Through this initiative, our farmers have gained the ability to grow high-quality produce, improve their incomes, and contribute to national food security. With continued support, we aim to expand this impact and bring sustainable farming to more communities across Malaysia.
