Job Location : HQ

Job Description:

  • Provide remote administrative support to accountant.
  • Assist with client scheduling, document preparation and file management.
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks using cloud-based systems.
  • Handle email, internal communication and general office coordination.
  • Communicate clearly with Australian team in both English and Chinese.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in accounting, finance, business or related fields preferred
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and writing)
  • Tech savvy and comfortable working with online systems
  • Strong attention time management
  • Mandarin speaker
