Job Description:

  • Prepare and sent invoice to customer
  • Monitor and record payment for payment
  • Follow up payment on overdue account
  • Maintain up to date account receivable ledgers
  • Reporting Abd provide updates to management in outstanding receivables
  • Work on sales and finance teams to reconcile account

Requirements:

  • Mandarin speaker are needed
  • At least 1-2 years of experiences
  • diploma or bachelor's degree of accountant or finance course
