Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Managing Director.
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and travel plans.
- Draft, draw, review, and translate correspondence and official documents in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating business meetings, site visits, and public functions.
- Track project progress, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience.
- Diploma or degree in business administration, office management, public relations, or a related field.
- Experience working with government bodies or FELDA is a strong advantage.
- Excellent in English and Malay (spoken and written).
- Must be based in KL.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office.
